\n \n Job Description

The Front Office Assistant supports and assists general office activities and projects withadministrative tasks. Provides customer service support. Under moderate supervision, work mayinvolve contact with homeowners and board members.

Duties include but are not limited to:

\n

\n\nMeet and greet homeowners, residents, vendors, contractors, and members of the BOD.\nAnswer calls, research and respond to homeowners inquires, follow-up on emails.\nMaintain homeowner files, variance reports,architectural review process and forms.\nRegister and process parking and pool passes; collect fees.\nCoordinate vendors and contractors on property; assist with water shut off guidelines.\nCreate, update and close out work orders.\nAssist in putting together board packages and attending annual membership meetings.\nCreate and send out weekly communicators, flyers, newsletters to homeowners.\nOrder office supplies.\n$20 - $23 an hour\n\n Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required.\n0 – 3 years of directly related or closely related experience.\nTeam player and customer service oriented.\nTakes initiative and ownership to increase efficiencies and the betterment of the property.\nProactive with job responsibilities and tasks.\nExcellent communicator(phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nEffective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks; conflict resolution techniques; maintain maintain confidentiality and discretion.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.\n\n
