A global financial services firm, located in Midtown East, is seeking a Long Term Temporary Administrative Assistant for their Equity Research Team. This person will be supporting this large team with one other administrator where the working hours are from 8am-5pm with some overtime as needed, 5 days a week in the office. The position will start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

Booking Travel (domestic and international)Submitting expensesManaging calendarsOverseeing conference Room bookings onsiteOrdering Catering for MeetingsAd hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)Ability to gain a strong command of new systems (Oracle - Travel & Expense, Reporting System)3+ prior experience in administrative positionFully in person positionCollege degree preferredExpert in multi-tasking, organizing and prioritizing a mustStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail oriented with ability to work independently and prioritize workloadDemonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalismEnergetic, responsive team player with the interest to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:
