Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for our Automotive Research team to develop, implement, and maintain the efficient operation of our ADC research program. This role involves providing overall administrative direction, including coordinating all aspects of the ADC research program such as administration, implementation, communication, resource, and asset management. You will be making independent decisions within a delegated area of authority and exercising leadership in managing support services.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain the efficient operation of the ADC research program.Provide overall administrative direction, including coordinating all aspects of the ADC research program.Manage themes such as administration, implementation, communication, resource, and asset management.Make independent decisions within a delegated area of authority.Exercise leadership in the management of support services.Collaborate within the team and across other groups to gain required information for daily operations.Confidently make autonomous decisions to facilitate smooth research operations within company research flow guidelines.Clearly communicate with team members, management, and internal and external partners.Essential Skills2-year associate degree or 3 years of related experience.3 years of experience in administrative support.Passion for learning and providing output by asking questions, solving problems, and challenging the status quo.Strong collaboration skills within the team and across other groups.Ability to make autonomous decisions to facilitate smooth research operations.Clear communication skills with team members, management, and internal and external partners.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience sitting in high leverage meetings.Strong multi-tasking and project support experience.Work Environment
Work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hybrid work environment available after initial period. Benefits include 36 hours of PTO and Holiday Pay.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00
