We are offering an opportunity for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Eagan, Minnesota. In this role, you will be entrusted with a variety of administrative tasks, including managing information requests, conducting research, and performing clerical duties. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment within our industry.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process, file, and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
• Handle and distribute incoming correspondence including faxes and emails
• Conduct research and handle information requests to support office operations
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements as necessary
• Maintain records management systems and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
• Utilize computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for various tasks
• Provide responsive and high-quality customer service
• Manage time effectively and work independently
• Maintain confidentiality and organization of all office-related information
• Prepare responses to routine inquiries to facilitate communication.

Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service

• Proficiency in Office Functions
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with the 'About Time' software
• Ability to handle Correspondence efficiently
• Experience in Clerical Duties
• Ability to understand and analyze Financial Statements
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Understanding of Conductivity principles
• Experience in dealing with C-Suite executives
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to efficiently Distribute Faxes
• Excellent Written Communication skills
• Knowledge of Records Management
• Proficiency in various Computer Programs
• Basic understanding of Bookkeeping
• Ability to Prepare Invoices accurately
• Ability to Prepare Responses to queries and complaints
• Proficiency in Photocopying/Scanning documents
