Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in San Jose, California. Working in our team, you will be the primary point of contact for our office leadership and will be expected to maintain a detail-oriented attitude while performing a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities
• Greet and direct visitors, customers, vendors, and employees in a detail-oriented and courteous manner.
• Handle phone coverage duties, which include answering inbound calls in a detail-oriented manner and routing them as necessary.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for office leadership.
• Maintain precise customer credit records and process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle email correspondence and ensure all communications are timely and detail-oriented.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to manage, organize, and update relevant data and information.
• Contact the appropriate personnel to inform them of the arrival of their guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle inbound and outbound calls in a detail-oriented manner.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports for office leadership. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing outbound calls effectively.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on meeting the needs of clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in handling email correspondence in a detail oriented and timely manner.
• Expertise in managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel to manage, analyze and present data.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar, contacts, and task management.
• Competence in creating and editing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word for creating, editing, and formatting documents.
