Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking ad Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for providing clerical, administrative and project-based support to key leadership within the executive offices. The ideal candidate will manage multiple priorities, maintain exceptional organizational skills, and contribute to the efficiency of the executive team.

What you will be doing:
Provide administrative support to senior leaders, specifically to the Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Vice President Operations, including calendar management, correspondence, and clerical tasks. Coordinate complex travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries for executives. Organize internal and external meetings, conferences, and events, managing logistics, catering, and materials. Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism. Reconcile data, process expense reports, and maintain organized filing systems. Take and distribute meeting minutes; manage division contact lists and website inquiries. Oversee office supplies, gifts, and special requests for the executive team. Support employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs and corporate events. Provide backup support for executives and rotational coverage for corporate reception and kitchen duties. Assist with promotional, entertainment, and foundation-related requests as needed. Other duties as assigned.What we are looking for:
Minimum 2 years administrative support or similar experience preferred High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Better than average skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple time-sensitive tasks Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision and meet deadlines Some flexibility regarding hours may be required at times Previous experience working in an office setting and with other business professionals Ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels, with a high degree of professionalism Exhibits extreme discretion in dealing with highly sensitive and/or confidential information Displays a strong hospitality-oriented spiritWhat’s in it for you?
