Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant serves as the welcoming reception point. The key responsibilities of this role include providing a professional, friendly,
courteous, and efficient demeanor when interacting with guest. This position also offers administrative support to the Director of Operations, as well as other departments as needed. Duties encompass general clerical tasks, receptionist duties, and project-based work.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general clerical and administrative support.Respond to student and staff inquiries in a timely manner or refer them to the appropriate personnel.Generate necessary paperwork and forms.Maintain office supplies.Assist with special events and activities.Help with departmental mailings, correspondence, and record keeping.Provide support for various projects as needed.Maintain databases and other electronic records as assigned.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as assigned.Position Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required, business school, Associate's degree, or equivalent preferred.3-5 years of work experience as an administrative assistant, office management, or in a reception area.Ability to operate standard office equipment.Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database software.Knowledge of efficient office procedures and etiquette.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write legibly.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00
