Our client, a hedge fund, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Investor Relations team in their Greenwich, CT office. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm (flex for OT) and this role is five days in office.

Responsibilities:

Perform heavy internal and external meeting schedulingPrepare meeting materials including presentations and biosTrack investor calls, meetings, and prospect mailboxBook travel arrangements and create detailed itinerariesAssist with planning and execution for both internal and client eventsPrepare expense reports for the departmentAssistance with ad-hoc projects to include firm wide events, philanthropy, and brand management

Qualifications:

5+ years of administrative experience, financial services experience preferredProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation/Benefits:
