Overview This role is remote; however, candidates must be located in Illinois for occasional in-person requirements. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and secretarial support to one or more mid-level professionals, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. As a key member of our team, you will perform a wide variety of administrative tasks, assist in budget and record management, and serve as a liaison for administrative matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to contribute to our dynamic organization. How you'll make an impact Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to mid-level professionals. Perform a diverse range of administrative and staff support tasks. Support the preparation and maintenance of records, statistics, and reports concerning operations, form creation and other relevant areas. Administer programs, projects, and processes specific to the department or unit served. Act as an administrative liaison with internal and external parties on matters related to personnel, facilities, and operations. Typically work under the guidance and direction of more senior administrative staff. About You High school diploma and 2 years of related experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Adaptable and able to adjust to changing priorities and tasks.
