Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support during the tax busy season (from February 1st to April 15th). The role involves assisting the office staff and receptionist with various day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

During the tax busy season, the office can be quieter and more stressed due to approaching deadlines. We are looking for someone with a calm personality who can understand the team's stress and provide support as needed. The position is for 30 hours a week in February, with flexibility to increase to 40 hours as deadlines approach. The ideal schedule is 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM, with the possibility of adjusting to 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00
