Responsible for organizational and clerical support tasks depending on company needs. May act as receptionist by operating multi-line telephone console, greeting visitors, vendors, customers, job applicants, and other visitors, and ensures that they are escorted to the proper office. Helps organize and maintain office common areas. May perform various clerical tasks such as arranging calendars, scheduling meetings, producing and distributing correspondence, arranging logistics for meetings, conferences, training, and other events. Maintains office equipment as necessary.
3-5 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent
