**Job Summary**
Responsible for providing administrative support to four leaders, this role coordinates all office functions across the leadership team to ensure efficient operations. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.
**Core Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee administrative task and projects.
+ Prepare professional presentations using PowerPoint and generate data reports in Excel or other relevant software.
+ Coordinate and schedule meetings.
+ Maintain confidentiality.
+ Organize and support special projects and events, including logistics and communications.
+ Order office supplies for the site to ensure smooth operations.
+ Others duties as needed.
+ Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries.
+ Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment for visitors and team members.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
**Qualifying Experience**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required
+ Customer Service or Administrative assistant experience a plus
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office products
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
