Administrative Assistant

As\nan Administrative Assistant here at Honeywell, you will provide administrative\nsupport to the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business unit. You\nwill report directly to our team lead and work out of our Illinois location on\na hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of\nthe ESS business unit by handling various administrative tasks and providing\nsupport to the team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with\ncross-functional teams and contribute to the success of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Provide general administrative\nsupport, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel\narrangements.
•   Prepare and edit documents,\npresentations, and reports.
•   Assist in organizing and coordinating\nevents, conferences, and workshops.
•   Maintain and update databases and\nfiling systems.
•   Handle incoming and outgoing\ncorrespondence.
•   Assist in budget tracking and expense\nmanagement.
•   Collaborate with team members to\nensure efficient workflow and effective communication.
•   Support the team in various ad-hoc\nadministrative tasks as needed.

YOU\nMUST HAVE •   High school diploma or equivalent.
•   Proven experience as an\nadministrative assistant or in a similar role.
•   Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite\n(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•   Excellent organizational and time\nmanagement skills.
•   Strong attention to detail and\naccuracy.
•   Excellent verbal and written\ncommunication skills.
