Our client is a midtown NYC-based investment management firm with a 30+ year track record seeking a Temporary to Permanent Administrative Assistant to help support their Client Services Team. The hours for this role at 9am-5pm with some flexibility as needed with a 4/1 in office schedule. This role is a great opportunity for emerging administrators looking to build their skills set in a tight knit office.

Responsibilities

Maintain Customer Relationship Management system with over 5,000 relationshipsMaintain client files and record-keeping systemData entry; email blasts; scanning documentsPrepare correspondenceAssist in assembling monthly & quarterly reportsAssist in creating, reviewing, and assembling presentation packetsOther general administrative support as requestedProvide back up support to receptionProvide additional support to firm as needed

Qualifications

General understanding of the finance industryStrong attention to detailAbility to organize and prioritize multiple tasksStrong communication skills, including ability to answer phone/email client requestsAbility to work quickly and accurately in high pressure settingsProficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPointCollege degree preferred

Compensation
