The Administrative Assistant provides general administrative support to Enhanced Behavior Support Services and to the clinical director and supervisors.

Location: Farmingdale, NY Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm Compensation: $18-$24/Hour **Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held.What we have to offer YOU:

Responsibilities:
Answers phone calls and greets visitors. Orders and keeps inventory of materials and organizes incoming orders Communicate with School Districts and Parents while projecting a positive and pleasant image of the organization. Assist in facilitating and scheduling maintenance of the building. Provide outstanding administrative support. Oversee center calendars and schedule events Facilitate communication between departments. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 25% of the time. And this background:
High School Diploma or equivalent Previous administrative experience preferred. Basic computer skills, basic technology skills, basic communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) 3-5 years office experience Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel Experience with CLAIMS preferred Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter is a must!
