Job Description

This position involves providing essential administrative support to the Quality Engineering department, ensuring effective exchange of data and information with both internal and external customers.

ResponsibilitiesInitiate document requests internally to support quality activitiesAssist Quality Engineering with administrative tasksDevelop customer submittal of documentsMaintain quality recordsCompile records for customer reviewMake internal distribution of customer documents as requiredTransmit documents to customersMaintain record storageMaintain records libraryEssential SkillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with ERP systems (preferably EPICOR)Two to three years of administrative experience in a business environmentAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingExcellent computer skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience within a quality department is a plusAssociate degree in Business or related discipline preferred, but High School diploma with relevant professional experience is acceptableAbility to work collaboratively with othersWork Environment

The work environment includes a cubicle area shared with a team, which is not too noisy. The role may require occasional visits to the manufacturing facility's production floor. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with either five 8-hour days (8:00-4:30) or four 9-hour days and a 4-hour day (8:00-5:30 M-Th, 8:00-12:00 Fri). The dress code is business casual (jeans are acceptable, but no sneakers). PPE, including safety shoes, will be provided when needed on the production floor.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
