ResponsibilitiesEffectively manage the processing of all new business applications within company-set timelines, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation.Provide excellent support to the sales team, assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring they have the necessary resources to achieve their sales targets.Maintain positive relationships with insurance providers, facilitating smooth communication and prompt resolution of any issues or queries.Contribute to a positive onboarding experience for new clients, aiming to achieve a customer satisfaction rate of 90% or above.Essential SkillsStrong administrative skillsExperience in life insurance and healthcare industriesProficiency in MS ExcelFinance and reporting skills3-5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or case manager with an understanding of the intricacies within life insuranceBachelor's or Associate's degreeAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with QuickBooksStrong communication and customer service skillsWork Environment
You will be part of a small insurance brokerage organization with roughly 8 people in the office. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.44
