Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Portfolio Team in their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm and this role is in the office four days a week with one day remote. Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars in Outlook, scheduling internal and external meetingsCoordinate travel arrangements (domestic/international) including flights, hotels, and car servicesManage information in a database and help prepare meeting materialsServe as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersAd hoc duties as needed

Qualifications:

BA/BS required5+ years of administrative experienceHighly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly OutlookExceptional attention to detail

Compensation/Benefits:
