Our client, an investment management firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a team in their NYC office. The hours are 8/8:30am-5pm (flex to check phone after hours) and this role is hybrid with three days in the office and two days remote.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for a teamAnalyze and collect data and create reportsCoordinate special projectsKeep records for accounting and budgeting proceduresUse software packages to build presentations, documents, and reportsAd hoc administrative duties

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred5+ years of experienceExperience working with C-suite executivesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook)Experience using Slack, Webex, Adobe and Concur is requiredStrong written and verbal communications skills

Compensation/Benefits:
