Job Title: Admin Assistant (Part-Time)
Work Hours: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Contract Duration: 12 Months Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication within the organization. This role is essential for maintaining efficiency and organization, particularly in a logistics and warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Email Monitoring: Oversee and manage the Warehouse Manager’s emails to ensure timely responses and organization. Scheduling Meetings: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and organizing logistics. Minute Taking: Attend meetings and record accurate and concise minutes. Driver Check-Ins: Greet and check in drivers upon their arrival at the facility. Data Entry: Accurately input data into relevant systems and maintain up-to-date records. Reporting: Generate and run reports for the Logistics Manager as required. Mail Management: Handle incoming mail and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution and organization. Consumables Ordering: Monitor and order logistics-related consumables to maintain stock levels. Visitor Escorting: Safely escort visitors within the facility as needed. Additional Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support team operations. Desired Profile: Experience: Previous experience in administration or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Skills: Excellent organizational skills. Strong attention to detail. Effective communication in English (written and verbal). Traits: A proactive approach to tasks, reliability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Why Join Us?
