What You’ll Be Doing:

Ability to maintain and file employee records as well as confidential information that follows HIPAA guidelines.Assist with updating communication boards throughout the facility with latest HR announcementsCollecting and tracking participation metricsAssist with employee recognition and engagement.Coordinate employee recruitment and onboardingAssist with issuing visitor/employee badgesProvides a strong candidate experience for plant employees, coordinates any assessment testing, onsite drug screens and assistance with offer acceptance and background application.Tracks time off for vacation, disability, and leaves of absenceCommunicates promptly to Payroll about any change in Personnel status and reviews payroll accuracy for employees and temporary associatesSafety system entry and upkeep.Coordination and facilitation of safety teams
