Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant Location: Canonsburg, PA Job Overview: Join our dynamic operations team as an HR Administrative Assistant in Canonsburg, PA. We are looking for a high-energy individual with strong organizational skills and communicate effectively. Hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM (flexibility required for additional shifts) Key Responsibilities: + Assist in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding of facility associates. + Support Employee Relations by addressing conflicts and conducting investigations. + Work with local recruiting sources as needed. + Foster employee engagement through daily interactions. + Manage inbound communications (phone calls and emails) and direct them appropriately. + Organize and maintain office resources. + Communicate updates on policies and procedures to employees. + Utilize Time Keeping Systems and VMS (prior experience preferred). + Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent. + Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience in a high-volume setting. + Previous HR experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred. + Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. + Resourceful, creative, and skilled in problem-solving. + Familiarity with office equipment (printers, fax machines, projectors). + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
