Our client is seeking a Administrative Assistant to join their team within the Legal Department.
**Title: Administrative Assistant**
**Contract: Contract - Hire**
**Location: Chester, NY**
**Onsite Mon-Fri**
**Pay: $19/hr**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide administrative, clerical, and organizational support to the Legal Department.
+ Process invoices through Basware and prepare expense reports in Oracle.
+ Schedule events, make hotel reservations, and handle reimbursement expenses.
+ Coordinate schedules, arrange conference calls, answer phone calls, and receive messages.
+ Collect sensitive and confidential information, preparing departmental reports as required.
+ Enter and update contract data in trackers accurately and in a timely manner to ensure data quality control.
+ Perform basic mathematical computations and tabulate data using Microsoft Excel.
+ Participate in the front desk rotation, welcoming employees, guests, and vendors.
+ Assist in coordinating departmental projects.
**Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.
+ Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
