Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing administrative support, acting as a receptionist, managing calendars, and assisting with various tasks, including basic reporting in MS Excel and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Perform general office duties, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.Order and manage office supplies and inventory.Prepare and maintain basic reports, spreadsheets, and databases using MS Excel.Assist in data entry and data management tasks.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and scheduling orientation sessions.Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments.Coordinate and arrange travel itineraries and accommodations.Essential Skills3+ years of administrative experienceProficiency in MS Excel for creating basic reportsFamiliarity with onboarding new hiresStrong administrative support skillsExperience in data entry and clerical tasksProficiency in using Outlook for calendar and email managementHigh School DiplomaAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with no flexibility. The role is situated in a manufacturing environment. The position is a contract assignment, which could lead to a permanent position upon securing approval from corporate.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00
