Overview RPA operates as a third-party (TPA), consulting, and strategic management branch for collectively bargained benefit plans, pooled purchasing arrangements and trusts. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, affordable, and accessible healthcare to our members. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to join our team. This role is primarily focused on providing support to the Construction Insurance team on activities related to administering a construction insurance program. The ideal candidate should be able to support administrative matters for multiple tasks during a day. How you'll make an impact Key Responsibilities: · Provide support to the Construction Insurance team. · Assist with setting up new construction projects in our enrollment platform. · Work with contractors on enrolling them into the program. · Monitor monthly payroll reporting and ensure it stays up to date. · Update the project tracking sheets and maintain communications with the team. · Process invoices, drug screen results, and loss control reports as needed. · Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Additional Responsibilities: · Work under direct supervision and perform tasks for clients of low to moderate complexity. · Exercise discretion and decision-making capability. · Review and organize the team email inbox. · Handle all incoming calls from the main customer service line About You Required: High school diploma and 2 years related experience required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.
