Administrative Assistant
Overview We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the GPM team! The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks and support to the Region Operations Manager and Divisional Vice President. We offer: + Medical + Dental + Vision + 401k Savings Plan + Weekly Pay + Holiday Pay + PTO + Paid Training Pay rate: $20/hr Responsibilities + Assist the Marketing team with multiple projects as requested such as store mailings, signage, filing, data entry and running reports. + Maintain and update Marketing departments documentation and databases as needed. + Contracts: + Assist Marketing team with getting Contracts through signing process. + Keep the online contract database up to date by adding new contracts, updating agreements, update tags and add tags as needed. + Maintain and organize multiple calendars for the Marketing department as requested. + Make travel arrangements for Marketing team as requested. + Send signage out to stores as requested. + Send signage out to stores as requested. + DOT Highway Signs: + Work with multiple State DOT representatives in acquiring new highway signs as requested by Operations team Qualifications + Proven experience as an administrative assistant + High School Diploma or GED + Proficiency and experience using Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook. + Experience with computers, printers, and faxes + Entry level position -Marketing experience a plus but not necessary. + Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and work on multiple projects at once. + Ability to communicate effectively with all departments at all levels Requisition ID 2025-237380 Brand GPM Investments, LLC Position Type Full-Time
