Description
• Work all rental opportunities, with internal and external customers.
• Work with the shop(s) to get trucks repaired and prepped/ready for each rental opportunity. Includes leading a weekly call with the shop to evaluate WIP including check in status review.
• Work with logistics to get all equipment delivered and/or picked up.
• Provide quotes, set up contracts, handling billing and credits. Billing of rental abuse included.
• Review daily rental invoice run and invoice review report. Filing all documents in the appropriate location.
• Assist Accounts Receivable Assistant with collections when requested.
• Work with existing customers with rental equipment to ensure funding on their PO.
• Track all equipment. Perform inventory checks as required. Produce and review various rental reports.
• Perform equipment searches as necessary within the network and with outside vendors.
• Maintain all rental records. Includes open contracts, closed contracts, and all related billing procedures (SAP entry).
• Maintain equipment file. File to reflect equipment status, notes for all sections, upcoming opportunities, repair quotes, adding specs, and anything additional pertinent to the team.
• Close out SM status on all returned equipment. Service maintains this for outgoing equipment.
• Track rental opportunities to ensure follow up by all parties involved. Rental Quote log email bi-weekly to sales team for open quotes.
• Approve all incoming vendor invoices for re-rent equipment. Tracking and monitoring to ensure correct and accurate billing from the vendors.
• Respond to emails directed to you as an individual and within the group email that apply to your territory in a timely fashion. Prioritize as necessary.
• Assist the other rental coordinator in all duties as necessary for the team.
• Run rental reports for customers as requested. Reviewing and working with the customer as required.
• Assist logistics coordinator as necessary for the team.
• Review daily service invoicing to the rental department. Ask questions and return any invoice that doesn’t have the proper documentation or backup for rental.
• Work with rental manager on equipment needs to determine new truck orders and lease purchases along with power requirements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
