Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for an array of administrative support work at Commonwealth. Assignments include phone calls, scheduling meetings, restocking inventory, supporting visitors, and filing.
Primary Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
+ Greets and directs all visiting clients, customers, and vendors in a professional manner
+ Directs calls from clients, customers, and vendors in a professional manner
+ Supports office in all aspects of organizational administration including scheduling, email coordination, communications, planning, travel arrangements and other functions
+ Provides excellent customer service to research and resolve issues as needed
+ Maintains office supplies by completing routine inventory checks and orders
+ Assists with assigned accounting functions such as data entry
+ Assist s with typing change orders, subcontracts, bid forms, job files, purchase orders, billings, etc. as assigned
+ Creates packing slips as directed
+ Maintains electronic and physical filing system
+ Maintains detailed records of correspondence
+ Completes new hire onboarding process, as assigned
+ Ability to work on a team and build working relationships within all levels of the organization
+ Exhibits an energetic and positive attitude
+ Present s a proper physical appearance, attitude, and communication to ensure a professional setting
+ Exemplify, promote and foster our purpose of Committed to Excellence through our Core Values of Customers, Employees, Character and Mastery
+ All other duties as assigned and required
Required Qualifications:
+ Good interpersonal skills
+ Excellent record keeping and organizational skills
+ Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
+ High level of attention to detail and accuracy
+ E xcellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Education and Experience:
+ High school diploma required, Associate’s Degree preferred
+ Minimum of 3 years administrative experience preferred
