Description
•\tWork all rental opportunities, with internal and external customers.
•\tWork with the shop(s) to get trucks repaired and prepped/ready for each rental opportunity. Includes leading a weekly call with the shop to evaluate WIP including check in status review.
•\tWork with logistics to get all equipment delivered and/or picked up.
•\tProvide quotes, set up contracts, handling billing and credits. Billing of rental abuse included.
•\tReview daily rental invoice run and invoice review report. Filing all documents in the appropriate location.
•\tAssist Accounts Receivable Assistant with collections when requested.
•\tWork with existing customers with rental equipment to ensure funding on their PO.
•\tTrack all equipment. Perform inventory checks as required. Produce and review various rental reports.
•\tPerform equipment searches as necessary within the network and with outside vendors.
•\tMaintain all rental records. Includes open contracts, closed contracts, and all related billing procedures (SAP entry).
•\tMaintain equipment file. File to reflect equipment status, notes for all sections, upcoming opportunities, repair quotes, adding specs, and anything additional pertinent to the team.
•\tClose out SM status on all returned equipment. Service maintains this for outgoing equipment.
•\tTrack rental opportunities to ensure follow up by all parties involved. Rental Quote log email bi-weekly to sales team for open quotes.
•\tApprove all incoming vendor invoices for re-rent equipment. Tracking and monitoring to ensure correct and accurate billing from the vendors.
•\tRespond to emails directed to you as an individual and within the group email that apply to your territory in a timely fashion. Prioritize as necessary.
•\tAssist the other rental coordinator in all duties as necessary for the team.
•\tRun rental reports for customers as requested. Reviewing and working with the customer as required.
•\tAssist logistics coordinator as necessary for the team.
•\tReview daily service invoicing to the rental department. Ask questions and return any invoice that doesn’t have the proper documentation or backup for rental.
•\tWork with rental manager on equipment needs to determine new truck orders and lease purchases along with power requirements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
