**Job Overview** IQVIA Romania Commercial team is looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our department as an Administrative Assitsant. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. **Roles and Responsibilities:** + Managing Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication between the commercial department and clients or other departments. + Scheduling and Coordination: Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for General Manager and department staff. + Document Management: Maintaining and organizing both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date. + Data Entry and Reporting: Inputting data into company systems, preparing reports, and assisting with data validation to support internal flow. + Customer Support: Assisting customers with inquiries, providing information mostly regarding invoicing and services and directing them to the appropriate person + Office Supplies Management: Ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies to ensure the department runs smoothly + Expense Management: Preparing and processing expense reports for General Manager and commercial department + Event Planning: Assisting in the planning and execution of department events, such as client meetings, conferences, and other activities **Requirements and skills:** + **Strong organizational abilities** + **Good English and excellent communication skills** + **Proficiency in multitasking** + **Attention to detail** + **Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment** + **Knowledge of office software and administrative procedures, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently** **Why Join?** Those who join us become part of a recognized global leader still willing to challenge the status quo to improve patient care.
