Our client, a growing merchant bank, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a team of in-house attorneys in their NYC office. The hours are 9/9:30am-6pm five days per week in Midtown. Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support including answering phones and scheduling meetings through OutlookHandle signing of documents (physical and digital); serve as a notaryManage and submit expense reports on behalf of the teamMaintain smooth internal communication across departmentsManage and track information across processes

Qualifications:

BA/BS preferred5+ years of administrative support experience in financial services, real estate or legalStrong attention to detailDemonstrated experience seeking tasks through from start to finishFlexible personality, ability to adapt to changing priorities

Compensation/Benefits:
