Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications.  We are looking for an Office Admistrator in our Scarborough ON facility.

 

Job Summary:

This job will be responsible for administrative and clerical duties. This will involve routine administrative tasks that are associated with the general operation of the business, such as responsibility for payroll administration and front office activities including, but not limited to, greeting visitors, scheduling assistance, office supplies order entry, and mail processing (in & out). The incumbent in this position must be willing to take the initiative and provide administrative support wherever required within the operation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a manufacturing environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Payroll processing and timesheet review with production supervisors. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up to date and organized. Maintaining filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy access to information. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency. Retains a mindset of always striving to make things better. Applies continuous improvement tools and processes to every aspect of the role. Managing Change and Customer Focus Act in accordance with company policies and best practices. Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Minimum of one year of relevant experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite Familiarity with data entry processes and maintain accurate records. Effective written and verbal communication skills

Education and Experience:

Post secondary education from an accredited university or college is preferred. Minimum of 1 year in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Hands-on and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
