Administrative Assistant
Job Title: Administrative Assistant Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist customers with inquiries regarding our products, manage return authorizations, and perform various other administrative duties. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and familiarity with basic accounting principles. Responsibilities + Assist customers on the telephone with inquiries regarding products, locating late or misdirected orders, explaining the process and policies for returning products, and answering other customer service matters. + Direct customer, supplier, and other third-party calls to the appropriate department or employee when the subject matter is outside the scope of the incumbent's responsibilities. + Review return authorizations and input data to issue credits to customers. + Perform other duties as assigned or required by management. + Maintain regular and predictable attendance and punctuality. Essential Skills + Administrative support experience. + Familiarity with personal computers, the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. + Ability to work independently, organize and work on multiple tasks, and complete duties within specified deadlines. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Customer Service/Order Entry experience. + Background within Accounting, with the ability to handle reconciliations. + Experience with return merchandise authorization and order entry. Work Environment The work environment includes standard office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (8am-4pm on Fridays), working within the Credits team. This is an in-office position within a smaller organization that feels like family, offering multiple roles and long-term career growth opportunities. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
