Administrative Assistant
Description We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Showroom Assistant to join a dynamic team at a well-established company. As a Showroom Assistant, you will play an essential role in ensuring the showroom operates efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team, assisting customers, and maintaining a well-organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom environment. Key Responsibilities: + Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom, offering product information and answering inquiries. + Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring products are displayed attractively and accessible to customers. + Support the sales team by preparing product samples, promotional materials, and ensuring everything is set up for client presentations. + Process customer orders, help with product selection, and assist in fulfilling customer needs. + Monitor inventory levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and communicating any restocking needs. + Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and responding to customer queries in person or via phone/email. + Ensure all product displays are up-to-date, including price tags, brochures, and promotional materials. + Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients have a positive and informative showroom experience. Qualifications: + Previous experience in retail, showroom, or customer service is preferred. + Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers. + Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. + Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office). + A proactive, friendly, and customer-centric attitude.
