You will be the Administrative Assistant for the Facilities Engineering team. Our team is responsible for providing administrative support to the Facilities Engineering Manager and Facilities Maintenance Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Facilities Engineering Manager and Facilities Maintenance Manager. You will be the first point of contact for the team, handling phone calls, messages, and correspondence, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
• Setting up and maintaining files, both physical and digital
• Arranging meetings, conferences, and travel, and completing expense reports
• Using personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports, correspondence, and memorandums
• Reviewing drafts and finished documents for grammatical usage and accuracy
• Answering questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures
• Utilizing the LMCO p-card to purchase parts and services within pre-approved limits
• Maintaining all required documentation to reconcile purchases on a monthly basis
• Functioning as the facilities Performance Management Team (PMT) facilitator after training
• Assisting facility department visitors/contractors with site access requirements

Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
A minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative assistant position.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of bookkeeping and purchasing principles.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
