Our client, a biotech company based in Waltham, MA, is seeking a temporary to hire Administrative Assistant to join their team! This role is fully onsite in Waltham, MA, full time hours Monday through Friday, and paying between $35-40/hr, depending on experience. This role will directly support the Chief Business Officer, and the Business Development Team. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!

How You'll Drive Impact:

Orchestrate: Orchestrate and execute against plans on various business development client interactions and eventsDeliver: Work with a sense of urgency to move business forward, scheduling individual and team meetings and facilitating international and domestic travelDrive: Tirelessly pursue excellence in every interaction to re-enforce and maintain position as an industry leading Biologics Discovery partnerBuild: Build up capabilities in support of a strong, cohesive business development team as we execute on a productive and busy 2025

Core Responsibilities:

Work as apprentice to the VP of BD to learn to expertly present its offerings to our prospective partners and to conduct contract negotiationsCollaborate with the marketing team on strategic initiatives and outreach campaignsBuild and maintain deep, long-term relationships with biotech and pharmaceutical partnersWork across various departments to ensure smooth transitions and project hand-offsProvide input into marketing and product strategies based on field insightsBuild skill set around selling flagship platform
