**Job Title: Administrative Assistant**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive Sales & Trading Administrative Support. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage customer and vendor interactions, handle high-volume communication, and ensure smooth execution of sales and repair transactions.
**Responsibilities**
+ Accurately enter and manage customer quotes, vendor quotes, purchase orders, sales orders, and repair orders within company systems.
+ Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls to vendors and repair stations for pricing, availability, and negotiations.
+ Manage high-volume email correspondence, ensuring timely and professional follow-ups with customers and vendors.
+ Track and update ongoing sales transactions, vendor relationships, and repair status.
+ Assist with researching and sourcing aviation parts, negotiating pricing with suppliers, and ensuring optimal deal execution.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in aviation sales, trading, or aftermarket spares preferred.
+ Strong understanding of commercial sales, trading, and basic aviation concepts.
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with a highly driven executive team.
+ Ability to take direct and blunt direction from executive management and execute tasks with urgency.
+ Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, able to handle multiple priorities.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
+ Availability to work early morning hours to support global aviation markets.
+ Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems is a plus.

**Work Environment**
You will work in an engaging, fast-paced environment that supports global aviation markets. Early morning hours are required to meet the needs of our international clients. The role involves frequent use of Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM systems, and you will be expected to maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Ana, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $26.50 - $31.25/hr.
