Administrative Assistant

ProAutomated is seeking a candidate to manage a range of critical administrative tasks, including—but not limited to—supporting our CEO with administrative duties, assisting the People Department with recruitment and onboarding, and aiding the Operations team with scheduling and dispatching, travel coordination, and property and vehicle maintenance.


This is a hybrid position with 2 - 3 days in our Newark, DE office per week.

 

**Executive Assistant Job Duties:**

Manage weekly 1:1 agendasPrepare expense reportsManage the CEO's calendarOrganize meeting logisticsPrepare presentationsCoordinate annual customer giftsPerform additional duties as required 

**People Department Job Duties:**

Provide recruiting support, including job postings, resume screening, candidate tracking, and communication with candidatesAssist with onboarding new team membersPerform additional duties as required 

**Operations Job Duties:**

Coordinate travel arrangementsDispatching and schedulingManage office coordinationOversee shipping and inventory stockingSchedule property and vehicle maintenance
