Administrative Assistant
**Job Title:** HR Generalist/Administrative Assistant **Location:Rochester, NY** **Job Type:** Full-Time **Salary: $30-35/hr** **Job Responsibilities:** **Human Resources Duties:** + Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws. + Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing. + Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. + Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives. + Assist in handling employee relations issues with discretion and confidentiality. **Administrative Duties:** + Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing. + Maintain records, reports, and documents related to HR and office administration. + Coordinate meetings, trainings, and company events. + Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and HR-related documentation. + Perform other administrative duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** + **Education:** Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). + **Experience:** 1-3 years of experience in HR, administration, or related roles. + Strong organizational and multitasking skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). + Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations (preferred). + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. **Why Join Us?** + Competitive salary and benefits package. + Opportunities for growth and professional development. + Supportive and collaborative work environment.
