Administrative Assistant

Adecco is hiring for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience in the mortgage industry to join our team. In this role, you will support the Cashiering department with payment processing and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience working in mortgage payment processing, with skills in data entry, reporting, and basic to intermediate Excel.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Process mortgage payments and assist with payment-related inquiries
+ Handle ACH daily balancing and related reporting
+ Assist with report creation and analysis (including OC Report)
+ Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
+ Manage and organize mail correspondence
+ Provide administrative support for ongoing projects in the Cashiering department
**Requirements:**
+ Previous experience in the mortgage industry, specifically with payment processing
+ Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level)
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
+ Strong organizational and communication skills

**Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
