Administrative Assistant
Description e are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's team and support the smooth functioning of our operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing top-notch administrative support. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our team. From managing schedules and coordinating meetings to handling correspondence and maintaining records, this role is essential to ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: + Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings. + Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. + Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical. + Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members. + Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. + Order and maintain office supplies and equipment. + Assist in planning and coordinating events or team activities. + Provide support to various departments as needed, including data entry and research. + Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. + Other administrative tasks as assigned by management. Requirements + High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. + Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. + Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. + Professional demeanor and a positive attitude. + Experience handling sensitive or confidential information.
