Administrative Assistant
Description We are in search of a dedicated Administrative Assistant to be a part of our team based in TROY, New York. The selected candidate will have a pivotal role in handling customer applications, keeping precise customer records, and managing customer inquiries. This role also entails close monitoring of customer accounts and initiating the necessary actions. Responsibilities: • Ensure precise data entry for all customer-related information. • Manage phone calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently. • Administer the process of scanning, copying, and printing documents as required. • Maintain thorough and organized customer credit records. • Utilize excellent customer service skills to address customer needs for taxes. • Perform administrative duties which include but are not limited to emailing via gmail and calling for missing tax return items. • Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency. • Play an active role in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Requirements • Proven experience in Administrative Assistance or a related field. • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and gmail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and clients. • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality. • Experience with office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures. • Ability to work independently and within a team. • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or certifications in related fields are a plus.
