Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the Wholesale Distribution - Dur Goods industry. Located in Spartanburg, South Carolina, this role of an Administrative Assistant involves managing various administrative tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications and setups
• Maintaining and updating company SOPs, and working on their development
• Assisting in team management, including participating in recruitment processes
• Coordinating and managing weekly cross-functional meetings aimed at improving processes
• Running daily reports for each IRx sales representative in a time-sensitive manner
• Working collaboratively with different teams to address immediate customer or team needs
• Managing business review processes, including report preparation, meeting scheduling, and minute keeping
• Regularly updating CRM software
• Handling special projects as identified and assigned by leadership
• Maintaining detail-oriented interactions with both customers and team members, upholding the company brand. Requirements • Proven experience in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality support to both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in data entry, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience in email correspondence, with the ability to draft, review, and send detail oriented emails
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating excellent time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, manage, and analyze data spreadsheets
• Experience in using Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar, and task management
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create, edit, and present detail oriented presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents
• Experience in scheduling appointments, demonstrating excellent organizational and planning skills TalentMatch®
