Our client, a global private markets investment firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Head of Business Development and team in their NYC office. The hours are from 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday-Friday, with a hybrid 4 day in office, 1 day WFH schedule after the training period.

Responsibilities:

Process and submit expense reportsBook international and domestic travel (cars, flights, hotels)Manage a heavy Outlook calendar and schedule across multiple time zonesPerform light data entry, greet clients and provide beveragesTake ad-hoc administrative tasks

Qualifications:

2+ years of related experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Acrobat and ConcurExcellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication

Compensation/Benefits:
