Our client, a real estate company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their Head of Portfolio Management in NYC. The hours are 9am-5pm (flexibility after hours) five days in their Midtown office.

Responsibilities:

Support a Principal with a busy Outlook calendarProcess and submit expensesProvide phone coverageBook travel itineraries (cars, flights, hotels)Help create presentations and provide personal assistance as neededDemonstrate resourcefulness and flexibility while under pressure and handling last-minute changes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree is required3+ years of administrative experienceHighly proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OutlookStrong attention to detail as well as solid organization/time management skills

Compensation:
