Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Machinery Manufacturing industry, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Administrative Assistant, your role will involve managing customer inquiries, maintaining precise customer records, and processing customer applications.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications
• Maintain precise and up-to-date customer credit records
• Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Carry out data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
• Correspond via email professionally and promptly
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to manage tasks and communications
• Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately. Requirements • Proven experience in answering inbound calls promptly and professionally, demonstrating effective communication skills.
• Solid background in providing exceptional customer service, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accurate and timely input of information into relevant systems.
• Experience in managing email correspondence, demonstrating strong written communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls, showcasing multitasking abilities.
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets, charts, and use advanced Excel functions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and sending emails.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create presentations and use various functions to enhance visual communication.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, including creating, editing and formatting documents.
