Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description
This position is responsible for managing all administrative activities for the Vice President, Origination. Departmental and certain administrative support for the staff located in Juno Beach is also required. The general support required includes traditional administrative activities such as managing calendars, setting up meeting dates and securing locations, facilities coordination and support, general correspondence, travel arrangements, and expense account submittals.
Responsibilities
+ Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling.
+ Set up meeting dates and secure locations.
+ Coordinate and support facilities.
+ Handle general correspondence.
+ Arrange travel and manage travel coordination.
+ Submit expense accounts.
+ Contact other departments and/or outside agencies to resolve problems.
+ Audit and process invoices in accordance with accounts payable procedures.
+ Interact with all levels of employees as needed.
+ Work on special projects as requested.
+ Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Professionalism.
+ 5+ years of administrative experience.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
+ Experience in coordinating calendars and booking travel.
+ Customer service skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Strong written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and vocabulary.
+ Maintain strict confidentiality.
+ Attention to detail.
+ Self-starting and ability to act independently when appropriate.
+ High School Graduate or GED.
Work Environment
The work environment is on-site from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
