Description We are in search of a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in the real estate industry, based in Harrisonburg, Virginia, United States. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by assisting with contract writing, handling communication with buyers and sellers, participating in business development, and managing social media. This role provides a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support within a small real estate office setting
• Utilize tech-savviness to enhance office productivity and efficiency
• Assist in the creation and management of contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Serve as a primary point of communication with buyers and sellers, providing excellent customer service
• Actively participate in business development initiatives to drive growth and success
• Manage and update social media platforms to maintain an active and engaging online presence
• Collaborate closely with the team, acting as a reliable support system for the owner, two agents, and an office clerk
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, effectively addressing inquiries and concerns
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for various administrative tasks
• Schedule appointments and meetings as required, ensuring efficient time management. Requirements • Position title: Administrative Assistant
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience with data entry tasks
• Proficient in email correspondence
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Ability to efficiently schedule appointments
• Knowledge of corporate real estate
