Administrative Assistant
Description We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team located in Cleveland, Ohio. The individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing communication, and maintaining accurate records. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and is based in a non-residential setting. Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact, managing receptionist duties and acting as a first impressions coordinator. • Handle and direct inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service. • Manage mail and package deliveries, ensuring secure handling and distribution. • Oversee scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings. • Maintain accurate data entry, using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Attend to emails promptly and professionally, ensuring efficient correspondence. • Manage the assignment of guest badges, adhering to secure sign-in policies. • Oversee the ordering and delivery of daily lunches for the executive team. • Support in the handling of invoices and bills, including scanning and filing. • Assist in planning food for employee meetings and events, ensuring smooth operations. • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Requirements • Proven experience in efficiently handling inbound calls with a detail-oriented approach. • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing courteous and detail-oriented service. • Proficiency in data entry tasks, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to handle email correspondence in a detail-oriented and timely manner. • Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets, charts, and reports. • Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook for email communication, scheduling, and task management. • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create, edit, and present detail-oriented presentations. • Skilled in using Microsoft Word for creating, editing, and formatting documents. • Ability to schedule appointments accurately and efficiently, ensuring optimal time management.
