Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is seeking an Administrative Associate who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Institute of Technology Office of Research and Outreach (AFIT/CZ) at WPAFB, OH.
AFIT’s research programs complement their graduate education programs, allowing students to develop enhanced understanding of their discipline's fundamental principles as well as appreciation of the most pressing unanswered questions. Consistent with the AFIT mission, their basic and applied research projects primarily focus on problems related to current or anticipated Department of the Air Force and Department of Defense needs.
To support the Office of Research and Outreach (CZ), the Contractors below will complement the CZ Government team to provide the necessary service to internal and external customers / stakeholders and to assure proper financial recordkeeping to meet audit requirements. Contractor support often cuts across areas depending on the nature of the tasks, government manning posture, and ops tempo of the office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Manage and organize resources and personnel needed to efficiently and effectively meeting objectives of each task, and explore new approaches as applicable within the performance of these tasks.Conduct research and collect data on program/project information and develop and prepare presentations and briefings for office requesters on the whole range of office activities including, but not limited to studies, analyses, metrics, plans, progress reports, metric status reports, and related topics.Provide administrative support to Government personnel, including the Dean and Associate Dean. Track and schedule leadership staff meeting frequencies and will schedule Department Head reviews between the Dean and Associate Dean. Ensure the school operating instructions are current and maintain the AFIT/CZ conference room schedule. May maintain the individual school SharePoint site. Update and maintain additional duty rosters, assignment letters, organizational charts, recall rosters and phone listings. Assist with the new employee in-processing system and arrange for official photos and name plates for all assigned individuals. Track suspense requirements in the government-provided system and ensure faculty consulting is updated in the appropriate database. Responsible for overseeing pre-course and post-course reviews between the Dean and Associate Dean. Ensure the school operating instructions are current and up to date. Oversee timecard administration and assist staff and faculty with use of the timecard system. Ensure faculty consulting is updated in the appropriate database. Provide a wide range of other administrative support services to school leadership, staff, and faculty in support of courses and programs managed by the school. Assist with ordering office supplies, gathering requests for supplies, and preparing and itemizing various lists for supplies/equipment to be procured by the Government office.
